AVK designs, implements and maintains a wide range of cutting-edge battery storage solutions for all kinds of client applications. By coupling critical applications using gas turbines, reciprocating gas engines, and HVO engines with innovative energy storage systems, we deliver incredible flexibility and competitive grid-scale storage.

Where the AVK offering truly stands out is our comprehensive approach – offering a full EPC wrap including grid studies, civils and project management, with local hands-on experienced engineers to provide a 4-hour response to site.

We are experienced in the testing and installation of all kinds of battery systems, using sodium batteries, super capacitors, NMC & LFP Li-Ion batteries, ranging from seconds of autonomy to hours of installed energy.

In addition to the many models of battery available, we offer a flexible warranty for LFP batteries, giving you a holistic overview of battery usage, to ensure unused cycles can be exploited right up to end of life.

We also offer modularised solutions to compliment fast-starting gas generator sets. Our battery solutions not only maintain the critical load, but with the addition of an integrated control system, offer the flexibility to trade the asset and ensure it operates to UK Grid Code.
