Located in our state-of-the-art facility in Lenham, Kent, our Academy features cutting-edge equipment and resources, including full-size Rolls-Royce mtu engines and full control system training rigs.
Working with full-scale equipment, our trainees receive hands-on, practical experience with industry-leading technology, preparing them for real-world challenges in the power generation field. So, whether you are just starting your career in power generation or looking to enhance your existing skills, the AVK Academy offers the training and resources you need to succeed.

Level 4 intake: beginners welcomeOur Level 4 intake is specifically tailored for candidates with little or no prior experience in power generation. This programme offers:
- Structured curriculum
A comprehensive training programme designed to take participants from basic concepts to advanced applications.
- Field training
Practical, hands-on experience with experienced trainers and mentors.
- City & Guilds certification
We partner with third-party training centres to offer City & Guilds assured courses, ensuring our trainees receive the highest standard of education and are fully certified on completion of their training.
