Guidance for agencies

AVK-SEG works with a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of recruitment agencies. We don't accept speculative CVs or candidate introductions from agencies outside this list, and we're not able to review new agency partnership proposals via email or phone.

If you're on our PSL, please continue to work through your usual talent team contact.

If you're not on our PSL:

• We don't accept unsolicited CVs. If a candidate is submitted outside an agreed engagement, AVK-SEG reserves the right to pursue that candidate directly without fee liability.
• We periodically review our PSL. If or when a review is open, we'll advertise it here.
• Please don't call or email hiring managers, our talent specialists, or other employees directly—messages sent this way won't be actioned.
