Quality policy statement

Introduction

AVK-SEG Ltd is committed to the highest standards of Quality Management and total customer satisfaction is at the forefront of the company's aims and objectives.

It is the policy of AVK-SEG Ltd, to provide its customers with excellent products and services and to meet contractual specifications and requirements for the supply and installation of generators, fuel systems, control systems, power cables, accessories, and related items. Where applicable, these services will conform to relevant compliance obligations and applicable requirements such as National and International Standards or regulations.

The Company operates to a quality system for design, manufacture and installation, which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is assessed by a UKAS accredited assessment body.

This Quality policy calls for continuous improvements and therefore we will:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Improve internal methods of operation to ensure consistency, minimise mistakes, maximise efficiency and ensure that a high quality of product and service is always achieved.
• Communicate our Quality objectives and our performance against these objectives throughout the Company.
• Work closely with our customers and suppliers to establish the highest Quality standards.
• Adopt a forward-looking view on future business decisions that may have Quality impacts.
• Ensure that our staff to continually develop their skills and competencies.

Review and implementation

This policy is measured through the company objectives which are themselves set and reviewed by the Directors on a regular basis.  This policy shall be subject to an annual review to ensure its continued suitability.

The implementation of the company policy is the responsibility of every member of staff, starting with the Directors who take policy decisions, which enable the correct action to be implemented throughout the company. All employees are responsible for the high quality of their own workmanship by use of standards and procedures, which are documented and fully understood.
