Brand authenticity is a key pillar of our storytelling approach. Authenticity is what we sell before we sell power. The use of AI as a content creation tool is accepted, if the guidelines below are followed. AI can draft, research and clean an original document. It clearly cannot decide what we actually think. That judgment always stays with the humans powering our approach.
We own every sentence
If our name is on it, it’s true to what we actually think, not just true to what AI has generated. If a colleague or customer asks “what did you mean here?”, “AI wrote that” is not an answer. Brand research shows AI shifting words to alter the semantic meaning when used for full content creation. Authenticity collapses the moment a brand’s communications stop matching brand intentions; the same is true for individuals. Using AI for support is fine, but we own every single sentence.
Writing is thinking. We do not skip the thinking.
Drafting with AI is fine. Fully outsourcing the judgment behind it isn’t. Deciding what to emphasise, what to cut, and what the argument actually is: that’s the actual work, and it’s how we can end up understanding our own case study, proposal, white paper or update, to an enhanced degree. We don’t skip the thinking.
Consistency and clarity are key pillars
Be consistent. We say what we mean, plainly, and say it the same way each time. Vague or over-polished AI phrasing that could belong to any company undermines the clarity, continuity and authenticity that makes AVK recognisable. If it doesn’t sound like something a real AVK engineer or marketer would say out loud, we would lose your trust. You’ll never see us doing that.
Respecting your time, not just our own
AI makes it easy to generate five paragraphs from a five-word prompt. Some topics genuinely need this much content: a technical spec, a proposal, a case study should be as long as the topic requires. What matters is that every paragraph, short piece or long, earns its place. We’ll never fill your screen with an unnecessary amount of content that isn’t of use to you.
We never let AI speak for a customer, partner or brand we don’t have permission to speak for
We don’t put AI-generated quotes, data or attributions into AVK content, and we don’t let AI draft claims about our AVK sustainability, technology or performance that we haven’t verified ourselves. If we quote an AI output because it’s genuinely useful, we will label it as AI-generated; hiding that is the one thing that would reliably break trust.
We’re aware that AI can be used across operations – it can optimise time efficiency, automate processes, and support people in their daily workflow. What we can promise is that we have the internal policies in place to ensure that AI use is regulated, monitored, and not used as a shortcut. At AVK, brand authenticity and diversification is what we want to be known for, and you can be confident that this is what we will continue to deliver.
