Complete Service Design
Functional specifications, drawings, cable schedules, factory and site acceptance test documentation -
Panel Manufacture
We design and build bespoke panels from low voltage PLC control systems up to 3000 amp power distribution and Motor Control Centres. -
PLC, SCADA, BEMS Software
Our in house team can write PLC code to control any system or process. We also configure the associated SCADA / HMI software to give intuitive operator interface. -
Standby Power Generation Control
Generator controls upgrades are a speciality of ours along with loading and load shedding control systems -
Process Control
PLC, relay and pneumatic systems can all be designed and built for the control of any process. -
LNG Control and Safety Systems
Control and safety systems for the storage, pressurisation, evaporation and delivery of Liquid Natural Gas to both gas turbines and reciprocating engines. -
PLC Upgrades
We are able to offer cost effective PLC2 and PLC5 upgrade solutions. -
Onsite Installation and Commissioning
Cable containment and cable installation. Glanding and terminating. Compex hazardous area installations. Data and Comm’s installation.
ECS joins AVK
We continue to grow with our partner ECS. Since our group merger in March 2021, we have completed several critical projects providing control services to key data centres across the UK.
Electrical Installations
Whilst our office and panel shop are Kent based our installation team of experienced engineers work across the UK carrying out electrical installations. We specialise in all electrical sectors and requirements from small bespoke control services including commissioning and training through to large site power distribution systems including full testing and certification.
Explosive Atmospheres
ECS have a team of CompEx qualified Designers, Installers and Inspectors for gas and dust hazardous areas, this means we can carry out all aspects of electrical installations within a defined ATEX hazardous area. Covering initial design and selection of equipment, site installations to meet zoning requirements and initial inspections before handing over to the client, we have the full turnkey solution for ATEX classified areas. ECS can also provide visual, close, and detailed hazardous area inspections to existing installations and rectify any remedial works required. Please contact us for further information.
